Nicely appointed place, easy going staff on the reception desk. Marvellous, magnificent location in Birmingham, short walk to the main pedestrian area, eg pubs and Edgbaston. Nearby All Bar One - great place to chill out.

The hotel has a marvelous and magnificent location in Birmingham, right in the heart of all the construction going on in the city and close to a market that has moved. the beds are comfy, and the room has thoughtful tea making facilities, a trouser press, and fresh sheets. the check-in process is friendly, and the prices are fantastic.

Favourable and perfect location, close to Big Brum, greatly enjoyed it. I was there for 1 night and ate at in-house restaurant for both dinner and breakfast.

This accommodation had a very central setting near to symphony hall where we attended a concert. I enjoyed the standard queen room which was airy. The service was excellent, I had 2 very comfortable nights here.

The restaurant was nice, and the breakfast was hot and reasonable, with cheese and fruit. the hotel had a fab location, an easy walk to Centenary Square. - Shopping streets and the Christmas market were right next door.

Room is in need of renovation, old furniture and fittings, bathroom is old and the shower curtain smells very unpleasant.

The room was brilliant, it came with twin beds, a good-sized bathroom, and excellent working space. The staff were absolutely wonderful, we had a quick check-in and an easy check-out. The hotel has a marvelous and brilliant location very close to the shopping center and the Birmingham Arena, and the Barclaycard Arena.

The location of the hotel is ideal to walking in the town centre. The staff were very approachable and helpful and the room was spacious and clean. All in all, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will recommend it to others.

I guess the only thing I did not like was the carpet in the room. I think it needed modernizing. The sofa needs to be cleaned also.

bed is really very soft and location of the hotel is central, it's a huge plus!
